Tax Status

The Teresa Noelle Knabe Memorial Foundation is an Illinois Not-for-Profit Corporation exempt from Federal Income Tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) as a Public Charity. Donors can deduct contributions they make the the Foundation under IRC Section 170. The organization is also duly registered with the Illinois Attorney General's Office, Charitable Trust Division.

An IRS Determination Letter confirming tax-exempt status is available upon request.
