Scholarship Details

• Must be pursuing an education in healthcare through a college or certificate program
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Scholarship is potentially renewable for up to 4 years based upon academic progress and continued demonstration of Teresa's virtues

• Recipients will be selected based on demonstration of Teresa's virtues which include empathy, respect for life at all stages, care for the vulnerable and marginalized, and dedication to their faith
• Recipients should outline their goals and ambitions to have a positive impact on the trajectory of the field of healthcare

In order to be considered for the scholarship, applicants must submit the following:

• A completed Scholarship Application Form.
• Two Letters of Recommendation, preferably one from a faith leader. These can be submitted directly via the Letter of Recommendation Form  or by email or mail following the instructions in the Letter of Recommendation Handout. 
• All Scholarship Application Forms and Letters of Recommendation must be completed and submitted by the April 15th, 2026 deadline for the 2026/2027 school year.
